Individual Counselling
Individual Counselling is a personalised support process that helps you explore your emotions, develop new skills, and find solutions to your challenges. These sessions, typically lasting around 10–15 meetings, are designed for those who wish to address personal difficulties in a safe and empathetic environment.
The themes explored in individual counselling cover a wide range of personal aspects and can vary greatly. Some of the most common topics include:

Couples Counselling
Couples Counselling is designed for couples who wish to resolve relationship challenges, improve communication, address conflicts, or strengthen their bond. In a safe, impartial, and confidential environment, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and enhance your relationship dynamics, develop effective communication, work through conflicts, and rediscover harmony in your relationship.
Specific areas of focus include:

Group Counseling
These sessions focus on specific themes, offering a space where participants can explore themselves, broaden their perspectives, and enhance personal growth through shared experiences and the guidance of counsellors leading the group. In a group setting, participants have the opportunity to share their emotions, listen to others’ experiences, and provide mutual support. It’s a safe and welcoming environment where everyone can feel understood and validated.
I currently offer two active group counselling programmes (in Italian):
- Virada: A self-help group focused on navigating change in adulthood. Sessions are held twice a month on Tuesdays at Aspic Milano.
- Rel-Azione: A personal growth group centred on relationships (currently forming—email valerio.a.counseling@gmail.com for more information).
Workshops
Workshops
Workshops are group sessions focused on specific themes and objectives, explored through individual or group activities. These may include tools from art counselling, among others. They are dynamic experiences where the group and the activities act as catalysts for personal growth. Workshops can range from a few hours to a full day or even an entire weekend.
Eco-Counselling
Eco-counselling, or nature-mediated counselling, is a type of workshop where nature serves as the catalyst for personal growth. Sessions can be conducted individually, or you can join one of the regular group workshops I organise in natural settings, each centred around a specific theme.
